Part 4 : Self Love

At the centre of everything lies a still point. It is quiet, untouched, a space where no judgment exists—only presence. From that place, the journey begins. A spiral unfurls outward, a living rhythm that carries you into yourself, again and again, each turn an invitation to see with new eyes.
As you move along the spiral, fragments of who you are beginning to surface. Some gleam brightly—strengths you have always trusted, the parts of you that stand tall with ease. Others appear in softer shades—the tender places that once felt uncertain, the hidden corners you hesitated to embrace. Yet here, in the unfolding spiral, even the fragile carries beauty. Every layer is welcomed, every shape honoured.
Love here does not rush. It lingers. It listens. It rests in the curves and pauses, reminding you that every part of you has a place, that wholeness is not the absence of cracks but the weaving of them into the greater design.
The hearts scattered along the path speak in their own language. They are not separate, but reflections—of courage, of softness, of play, of quiet strength. Some beat with old stories that taught you resilience, some glow with the freshness of dreams not yet born. Each one whispers the same truth: you are not incomplete. You are a mosaic of infinities, each fragment carrying light.
As the spiral widens, something begins to shift. What starts as an intimate act of turning inward grows into a pulse that touches everything around you. Self-love ripples outward—into how you speak, how you create, how you hold space for others. It is never contained; it flows, just as rivers find oceans, just as breath finds the sky.
The practice of loving yourself is not a destination but a rhythm. It asks you to return again and again to the centre, and from there, to move outward with more tenderness, more patience, more trust. In this way, the spiral never ends—it keeps expanding, reminding you that the act of love is alive, ongoing, infinite.
To walk this spiral is to remember: you are both the centre and the expansion, both the still point and the movement. Every part of you belongs. Every part of you is worthy of love. And the more you allow this truth to settle in your being, the more you become a living spiral of love in motion—ever flowing, ever becoming, ever whole.

What are three qualities or moments about yourself you often forget to appreciate?
Self Guided Meditation on Self Love
- Close your eyes and take a deep breath. Feel your body soften, your shoulders relax. Let the breath arrive and leave gently, without force.
- Now, imagine a small point of light at the centre of your being. This is your still place, always present, always steady. Rest here for a moment.
- From this centre, a spiral begins to unfold. As you follow it outward, you notice small glowing hearts along the way. Each one holds a part of you—your strength, your tenderness, your dreams, your resilience. Pause with each. Place a hand on your heart and whisper silently: I see you. I love you. You belong.
- With each step along the spiral, notice how love expands. It softens the past, honours the present, and lights the way forward. What begins at the centre grows outward, touching every part of your life.
- Take three slow breaths here. With each inhale, whisper: I love myself. With each exhale: I trust myself.
When you are ready, gently open your eyes, carrying this spiral of love with you.
