Embrace the Fire/ Transformation

The fire does not ask for permission.
It arrives—sometimes as a flicker, sometimes as a roar—asking only one thing:
Will you meet me?

At first, the red is fierce. It speaks of endings, of all that must be released. It wraps itself around the old patterns, the tight beliefs, the places inside that still resist. Red doesn’t destroy out of anger—it transforms out of truth. It is the energy of life in motion, unapologetic and full.

Then comes yellow—rising from the center like sunlight breaking through dense smoke. It carries the warmth of clarity, of identity reclaimed, of strength remembered. Yellow is the knowing that follows surrender. It holds the power of inner fire that no longer consumes but fuels.

Beneath it all, something ancient remains still and whole. A dark, grounded presence—like stone warmed by flame. It does not move, yet everything moves around it. It does not speak, yet everything listens. It holds the fire, honors it, lets it rise and fall without fear.

To embrace the fire is not to lose yourself.
It is to meet yourself in your rawest form—
To burn through illusion, and walk out lit from within.
Not ashes,
but essence.
